On any day
that the Select Board or their designee announce that all Town offices
are closed for the day due to a weather or other emergency, any scheduled
public meeting shall be cancelled. The Town Clerk shall post notices
of cancellation for all previously scheduled meetings on the Town
website. This prohibition will not apply to emergency meetings held
to address the weather or other emergency.

No board,
committee or commission shall schedule a meeting on the day of any
Town, state or federal election.
