[Adopted as Art. VI of the 1983 Code]
The Board of Assessors shall, in the year 1936
and every third year thereafter, prepare, publish and cause to be
printed an official list of the real and personal estates in the Town
liable to taxation. Said list shall contain the names of the owners,
arranged alphabetically, the location and brief description of the
property and its value as determined by the Assessors and the total
tax assessed in the year in which said list is published. The Town
Clerk shall distribute printed copies of said list to those who request
the same.
