The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident
resulting in the injury or death of any person or in which there is
damage in excess of $200 to any one vehicle or other property shall,
within five days, report such accident to the Southborough Police
Department and to the Registry of Motor Vehicles in conformance with
the requirements of MGL c. 90, § 26.
