Minnesota Statutes § 204B.16 allows
the governing body of each municipality to designate a polling place
for every precinct by ordinance or resolution. The Isanti City Council,
the governing body of the City of Isanti, hereby elects to designate
polling places by resolution.
It is the intention of the Isanti City Council
that the polling place designated by resolution shall be used by voters
of any property annexed to the City. The resolution shall be adopted
at the time of annexation.
