The Board of Health of the Borough of Dumont
as heretofore established is hereby continued.
A.Â
The Board of Health of the Borough shall consist of
seven members who shall be residents within the Borough; provided,
however, that at least one member shall be a licensed physician in
good standing if there is one eligible within the Borough who will
accept the appointment.[1]
B.Â
The members of the Board shall be nominated and appointed
by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council.
