A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to carelessly or recklessly operate or permit to be so operated the following vehicles upon the public sidewalks, alleyways or other ways dedicated to the public use, excluding roadways:
(1) 
Any motor vehicle, motorcycle, minibike, trail bike, dune buggy, motor scooter, Jeep or other form of transportation propelled by internal-combustion engine.
(2) 
Any bicycle or other manually propelled vehicle, except a tricycle or other manually propelled vehicle not likely to cause personal injury to pedestrians or any person lawfully upon such public ways, provided that nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit snow removal equipment, baby carriages or invalid chairs.
B. 
Any person in violation of this section shall be issued a uniform traffic summons, which shall be used as the complaint form for this violation, except that, in the case of a juvenile, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate court.

A. 
No person shall cause, permit or suffer any motor vehicle to cross any curb on any City street except where such curb has been cut or lowered in compliance with applicable provisions of this chapter or other City ordinances.
B. 
Any person in violation of this section shall be issued a uniform traffic summons, which shall be used as the complaint form for this violation.
No mortar or other building material in which water is an ingredient shall be mixed or retained in any street or public place in anything except a watertight receptacle.

No sign, poster, device or other fixture shall be placed upon any telephone pole, traffic controller cabinet or affixed to any signal box or any fixture or appurtenance thereto or to any lamppost. No such sign, poster, device or other fixture shall be affixed to any tree located on any street or public place. No signs or posters shall be permitted to be placed in the municipal right-of-way. The beneficiary of such advertising shall be held fully responsible for the placement of the sign or poster and shall be treated as if they placed same.
