A.
Any violator of any of the provisions of this chapter, except as provided in § 238-76B, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $1,000 or imprisoned for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both, for each violation of this chapter.
B.
Payment through Violations Bureau. If you wish to plead guilty of violating or refusing to comply with § 238-29 or 238-58.1, respectively, and give up your rights to have a lawyer and a trial, you may pay a fine of $200 by bringing or mailing the summons together with payment within 14 days of notice of violation to the Violations Bureau located at:
