A. 
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of any of the foregoing sections, except as provided in § 292-61B, shall be liable to a penalty not to exceed $500 and not less than $200 for each offense. Each day or part thereof during which such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. The Court may cause a defendant who refuses or neglects to pay the amount of a judgment rendered against him and all costs and charges incident thereto to be committed to the County Jail for a period not exceeding 90 days.
B. 
Payment through Violations Bureau. If you wish to plead guilty of violating or refusing to comply with §§ 292-33, 292-36, 292-37, 292-39, 292-40, 292-41 or 292-42, respectively, on your first offense of any of the sections hereof, and give up your rights to have a lawyer and a trial, you may pay a fine of $200 by bringing or mailing the summons together with payment within 14 days of notice of violation to the Violations Bureau located at:

In case a defendant shall have been twice convicted within the space of six months of the violation of the same health regulation or code, and due proof of such fact is made, the Court may, in addition to the imposition of the penalty prescribed in § 292-61 of this article, cause the defendant to be imprisoned in the County Jail or county workhouse, with or without hard labor, for any number of days not exceeding one for each dollar of the penalty.
