Acrobatic flying by any person operating an aircraft over or within
the city is prohibited.
No person shall make exhibition flights by carrying banners from, by
distributing circulars from or by operating a loudspeaker from any aircraft
flying over or within the city.
No person shall throw or drop any article or thing whatsoever, including,
but not by way of limitation, circulars, handbills or any other similar object,
from any aircraft so as to cause said matters to descend upon any part of
the city.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a
term not exceeding 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed
on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
