Any person appointed to the position of Village Clerk, Village Treasurer or Code Enforcement Officer shall reside within the County of Erie.

§ 66-2 Amendments to Public Officers Law.

Subdivision 4 of § 30 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York and § 3 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York and acts amendatory thereof are hereby amended in accordance with § 66-1 of this chapter.
