The provisions of New York State General Municipal Law (GML) Article
19-A are applicable to establishing, extending, and operating business improvement
districts (BIDs) within the Village of East Aurora.
Any amendments or extensions of any proposed BID must be made in accordance
with the provisions set forth in GML Article 19-A.
