A.
Every person shall obey the instructions of any official
traffic control device applicable thereto placed in accordance with
the provisions of this chapter in the manner prescribed by and subject
to the exceptions specified in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the
State of New York.
B.
Every person shall obey any properly posted provision
of this chapter applicable thereto in the manner prescribed by this
chapter when such obedience is not required by the Vehicle and Traffic
Law of the State of New York.
C.
The provisions of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic
Law shall apply to any and all parking lots (as defined in § 129-b
of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law) located within the
Village of East Aurora, New York.
