A. 
Prerequisites.
(1) 
All courses taken for reimbursement must be position-related and approved by the department head before submission to Town Board.
(2) 
The department head must submit in writing to Town Board all substantiation of the employee's request.
B. 
The limit of reimbursement shall be $500 per calendar year.
C. 
Reimbursement will only be granted upon submission of a transcript documenting a passing grade.
A. 
Prerequisites; release from work; makeup time.
(1) 
All courses must be position-related and approved by the department head before submission to the Town Board if any deviation of work time is involved.
(2) 
The department head must submit in writing to the Town Board all substantiation of the employee's request.
(3) 
Only one course for an employee will be approved for any semester.
(4) 
Early release from work shall be limited to one hour per week. Makeup for excess of one hour may be recommended by the department head for specific courses.
B. 
All requests shall be submitted to the Town Board one month prior to commencement date of the course.
