Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 206-35), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 206-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 206-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule IV (§ 206-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 206-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 206-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 206-41), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§ 206-42), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any highway within the Town, other than as provided in § 1643 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except for the public highways that are clearly posted and with the authorized regulatory signage indicating the authorized speed limit. No motor vehicle operator shall exceed the maximum speed limit. Authorized emergency vehicles, as defined in § 101 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, are exempt from this provision. A violation of this section is punishable according to the guidelines established in Article V of this chapter.

Authorized traffic control devices that are installed and/or operated at intersections of public highways, privately owned roads open to motor vehicle traffic, and any other parking lots, shall be included in this chapter. No person shall disobey or disregard a traffic control device installed and operated pursuant to this section. Authorized emergency vehicles, as defined in § 101 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, are exempt from this provision. A violation of this section is punishable according to the guidelines established in Article V of this chapter.
No person, while in control of a motor vehicle in motion, shall be engaged in an activity or use any device that potentially creates an articulable risk to public safety. This inattentive driving must be observed by a police officer and constitutes a violation of this section. Authorized emergency vehicles, as defined in § 101 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, are exempt from this provision. A violation of this section is punishable according to the guidelines established in Article V of this chapter.
