The Town Board of the Town of Newburgh hereby elects to make applicable
to the Town of Newburgh the provisions of Subdivision 2-a of § 352-e
of the General Business Law of the State of New York, which said subdivision
affords certain protection in the event of apartment complex conversions to
condominiums and cooperatives.
