A violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute an offense punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both. Conviction of an offense hereunder shall also constitute automatic revocation of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter. Each week's continued violation of § 133-12 shall constitute a separate additional violation.
