Editor's Note: This local law also provided
that, to the extent that it may conflict with applicable portions
of the Town Law, it is the town's intention to exercise its authority
to supersede and amend, as granted under Municipal Home Rule Law § 10,
and the town hereby provides notice that it is exercising said authority
pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law § 22.
The Town of Newburgh hereby elects to allow the Town Board, by resolution, to set the fees for the different uses for Chadwick Lake, as identified by Chapters 104 and 133 of the Town Code, by resolution, with the fee schedule to be maintained at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Newburgh, and the fees to be amended from time to time by the Town Board of the Town of Newburgh by resolution.
