The Town Board of the Town of Newburgh hereby
approves and consents to the formation of the Good Will Fire Department
Volunteer Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association and relinquishes
and waives to such Association all interest in the tax imposed by § 9104
of the Insurance Law.
