The Commissioners of Butler Township, Butler
County, Pennsylvania, intend to follow the procedures for disposition
of records as set forth in the Retention and Disposition Schedule
for Records of Pennsylvania Municipalities issued on May 17, 1982,
or as later amended.

The Butler Township Manager is designated as
the Butler Township Right-to-Know Officer.
