The plan prepared for Butler County, including
the Township of Butler, has been reviewed by the elected officials
of the Township of Butler and is hereby adopted as the Official Sewage
Plan for the Township of Butler, Butler County.[1]

The Commissioners of the Township of Butler
hereby adopt the plan known as the "Butler Township Sewage Facilities
Plan," providing for holding tanks, as a part of the Official Plan
of the municipality.[1]
