The Butler Township Municipal Police Department
is hereby authorized and permitted to use Excessive Speed Preventer
(ESP), a mechanical speed-timing device for the obtaining of information
used to issue citations for violation of speed limits within the Township
of Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
The Butler Township Municipal Police Department
is hereby authorized and permitted to use Visual Average Speed Computer
and Recorder (VASCAR), a mechanical speed-timing device for the obtaining
of information used to issue citations for violation of speed limits
within the Township of Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
