All of the above employees shall be subject to civil service regulations
of the City of Coatesville in addition to those provided in the Third Class
City Code, Home Rule Charter or other provisions adopted pursuant thereto.
There shall be appointed by the City Manager, from time to time, as
required by him or her or on recommendation of Council, such members of special
police as may be required.
