Uniform Construction Codes fees (§ 245-7A).
A. 
Residential (R-3) flat rate fees:
(1) 
Porch or deck up to 300 square feet: $225 (three inspections).
(a) 
For each additional 100 square feet add $20.
(b) 
If roof is covered add $75 (one inspection).
(2) 
Carport or roof constructed over patio, porch or deck up to 300 square feet: $225 (three inspections).

B. 
Building.
(1) 
First $100,000: $100 for the first $1,000 of job; $16.50 for each additional $1,000.

From $101,000 to $500,000: $1,733.50, plus $13.75 for each $1,000 over $100,000.
(3) 
From $501,000 to $3,000,000: $7,233.50, plus $11.50 for each $1,000 over $500,000.
(4) 
From $3,001,000 to $6,000,000: $35,983.50, plus $10.25 for each $1,000 over $3,001,000.

The above fee includes one residential plan review, comments, corrections, and inspection required by the Uniform Construction Code. Additional plan reviews will be charged at a rate of $70 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.

Review of commercial construction and site plans shall be charged the following rates for plan review or other service as noted. Fees shall be due upon plan submission. Submissions requiring a plan review based on an hourly rate, consultation or meetings shall pay a deposit for two hours, due upon plan submission, and the remaining balance due upon completion of review:

Investigation fee of $200 shall be charged in addition to any other required inspection fees when a certificate of occupancy, certificate of compliance, or certificate of approval is not obtained within one year of completing work.

For such registration the contractor shall pay a registration certificate fee of $75 for general trade contractors, or $50 for specialized trade contractors, which covers such work or contracts taken at such time for fulfillment and for each succeeding registration certificate fee, together with the payment of the annual business license fee, to the Director of Finance or their designee (§ 422-5).

Existing Structures Code. Pursuant to Section ES-112.3, Appeal fees, a fee of $500, payable in advance, shall be paid for each appeal taken to the Property Maintenance Board of Appeals from a decision of the Bureau to cover the costs of mailing notices and the hearing of the appeal (§ 435-11).

Failure of the person to make payment within 20 days shall make the person subject to a nontraffic citation in accordance with Chapter 435, 435-1.

Any licensee who fails to renew in a timely manner, after a period of 14 calendar days from license expiration, shall pay the renewal fee and file requisite forms, as well as a late fee of $300.
K. 
Health violation ticket fines and penalties.

"Good retail practices" violations: $25.

The parking pass will expire after 90 days, at which time the pass holder will have to reapply.
M. 
For garage customers violating the terms of monthly parking, which results in the turning off of a customer's card, the fee will be $10 to reactivate the card.

The City and any attorney or private collector collecting delinquent real estate taxes and municipal fees on behalf of the City are hereby authorized to accept payment of delinquent real estate taxes and municipal fees by credit card or debit card.
B. 
Where payment is by credit card or debit card, any charges or fees charged by the credit card or debit card company and/or the credit card or debit card servicing agent shall become part of the delinquent real estate tax or municipal claim and be charged immediately to the credit card or debit card used to make payment.
