As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Suitable for the specific purpose and efficiently operated
or sufficiently furnished to accomplish acceptable results without
undue loss of time.

be used for human consumption.

A public annoyance affecting health.
The owner or owners of any building or structure, whether
an individual, firm, corporation, association or partnership.
Any individual, firm, corporation, association or partnership
and includes the plural as well as the singular and the female as
well as the male.
The Public Health Code of the City of Easton, Pennsylvania.
Any public officer empowered by the Board of Health to enforce
the regulations set forth in this Public Health Code.
