The Matamoras Fireman's Relief Association is hereby duly recognized
as such by the Council, in accordance with Act No. 307 of the 1929 Session
of the Legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.[1]

The Council does hereby specifically appropriate each year the money
received by the Borough Treasurer from the state, the amount of Foreign Fire
Insurance Tax available for this purpose, in accordance with said Act.
