Pursuant to Article XI, Section 1104, of the Borough Code, Act of February
1996 (1965 P.L. 1656, No. 581) as amended, the Borough Council of the Borough
of Matamoras is hereby authorized to appoint the Secretary of the Borough
of Matamoras as Treasurer of said Borough of Matamoras.
That from time to time the Council of the Borough of Matamoras shall
be authorized to set the salary of the Treasurer and/or Secretary or combine
such salaries into a single salary.
