The following listed streets shall, to the extent they are not already such, be and become confirmed as official streets within the Borough of Matamoras, whether or not they appear on any map of the borough, official or unofficial, and they shall be subject to the same rights and duties of the borough as other official streets:
A. 
Extension of Ninth Street from Avenue S to the turnaround, a distance of six hundred thirty-seven (637) feet, with a forty-foot right-of-way and twenty-foot cartway.
B. 
That portion of Avenue S from Sixth Street to Tenth Street, a distance of one thousand four hundred ninety (1,490) feet, with a fifty-foot right-of-way and thirty-foot cartway. This section of road shall hereinafter be designated as "Avenue S."
C. 
Seventh Street from Avenue Q to Avenue S, a distance of five hundred ten (510) feet, with a forty-foot right-of-way and a twenty-foot cartway.
D. 
Sixth Street from Avenue Q to the turnaround, a distance of two hundred (200) feet, with a forty-foot right-of-way and a twenty-foot cartway.
E. 
Both sides of the divided portion of Avenue G between Third and Fifth Streets, a distance of six hundred sixty-eight (668) feet, with a forty-foot right-of-way and a twenty-foot cartway.
F. 
Avenue K from Seventh Street to Tenth Street.

This chapter, although it shall take effect immediately upon adoption, is nevertheless intended to confirm and ratify the prior existence of the above streets as officially part of the borough street system for that period of time they have been serviced, repaired and maintained by the borough.
