The Legislature of Rockland County, pursuant to Chapter 434 of the Laws
of 1993, also known as Public Authorities Law, Title 13-M, § 2053-c,
Subdivision 7(a), and after a public hearing, hereby approves the creation
of the Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority.
The Clerk of the Legislature of Rockland County is hereby authorized
and directed to file a certified copy of this chapter with the Secretary of
State pursuant to Title 13-M of the Public Authorities Law, § 2053-c,
Subdivision 7(a).
