§ 13-1 Permit required.

Any outdoor burning requires a permit from the Fire Warden or Deputy Fire Warden.

§ 13-2 Violations and penalties.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, on conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $100.
