This article shall apply to the landfill site
which is owned by the Town and which is designated as Tax Assessor's
Plat 5, Lot 227.
The landfill site shall be open to the public
for pedestrian use only from sunrise to sunset seven days per week.
No person shall light, build or make any fire
at the landfill site.
No person shall possess or operate any motorized
vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle or dirt bike in or upon any portion of
the landfill site.
No person shall discard, dump or leave any paper,
cans, bottles, rubbish or debris of any kind in or upon the landfill
site.
No person shall hunt, shoot or have in his or
her possession any rifle, gun, pistol, air gun, spring gun, BB gun
or other small arms; or any bow and arrow; or any contrivance arranged
to discharge shot, bullets, arrows, darts or other projectiles, at
the landfill site.[1]
No person shall possess or consume alcohol or
any product containing alcohol at the landfill site.
The Town may, in its discretion, post notice
of some or all of the requirements of this article at the landfill
site.
