The Town of Johnston shall follow the procedure
set forth in the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended, § 24-6-1
et seq., as it relates to the procedures and requirements for abandoning
public roadways.
No provision contained herein shall be construed
to contradict the provisions of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956,
as amended, § 24-6-1 et seq.
