The Town Council of the Town of Johnston resolves that the Town of Johnston
is desirous of entering into a risk management program through the Rhode Island
Interlocal Risk Management Trust under the provisions of R.I.G.L. § 45-5-20.1,
as amended, and that the Mayor or his/her assigns are authorized to enter
into agreements necessary to carry out the intent of R.I.G.L. § 45-5-20.1,
as amended, to file an application with the Rhode Island Interlocal Risk Management
Trust.
