Bingo or beano licenses shall be granted by the Town Council to religious, charitable, fraternal, civic, educational or veterans' organizations under the following regulations.
Applications shall be accompanied by a sworn statement from the president or any other member or members of such religious, charitable, fraternal, civic, educational or veterans' organizations stating that such bingo or beano game is to be conducted by regular members of the organization without personal remuneration. Applying organizations shall be bona fide organizations of proven merit.
Bingo or beano shall not be held or conducted by any organization more than once in any period of one calendar week.
License fees shall be as set by the Town Council in Chapter 125, Business Operations, Article IV. All fees shall accompany the application.
