§ 145-1 Issuance of licenses.

The Town Clerk is authorized to grant all dance licenses subject to prior approval by Town Council and payment of fees established therefor.

§ 145-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Anyone convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, of this Code.
