[Adopted 4-9-1986 (Sec. 10-26 of the 1978 Code)]
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to impede or partially impede the flow of pedestrian traffic by obstructing or partially obstructing the sidewalks or walkways of the town.
B. 
Should any person be in violation of this chapter, it shall be the duty of any officer of the town to notify such person of this section, who shall forthwith remove or have removed the obstacle or obstruction.
C. 
Each day's violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.

Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to prevent organized sidewalk sales as from time to time may be authorized by the Town Council.
