§ 167-1 Storage of gunpowder.

No person shall keep or have in any building or place owned or occupied by him or her any greater quantity of gunpowder than 25 pounds, for any period longer than 10 hours. All gunpowder shall be securely kept in a metallic canister with a metallic cap or cover, and no such canister shall be opened at night.

§ 167-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, § 1-19, of this Code.
