A. 
The subdivider or land divider shall pay the Village all fees as hereinafter required and at the times specified before entitled to recording of a plat or certified survey map.
B. 
The Village Board may waive all or a portion of the fee requirements for subdivisions or land divisions outside the Village limits but within the extraterritorial plat review jurisdiction.

The subdivider shall pay a fee to the Village Treasurer at the time of first application for approval of any preliminary plat to assist in defraying the cost of review equal to the amount specified in the Subdivision and Land Division Fee Ordinance.[1] A reapplication fee shall be paid to the Village Treasurer at the time of reapplication for approval of any preliminary plat which has previously been reviewed equal to the amount specified in the Subdivision and Land Division Fee Ordinance.

B. 
The land divider shall pay a fee to the Village Treasurer at the time of first application for approval of any certified survey map equal to the amount specified in the Subdivision and Land Division Fee Ordinance. A reapplication fee shall be paid to the Village Treasurer at the time of the reapplication for approval of any certified survey map which has previously been reviewed equal to the amount specified in the Subdivision and Land Division Fee Ordinance.
A. 
The subdivider or land divider shall pay a fee equal to the actual cost to the Village for reviewing the plans, specifications, drainage studies, the final plat and other necessary documents required by the Village in the subdivision or land division review process. The Village Engineer shall review the documents for conformance with this chapter, the conditions of preliminary plat and final plat approval, Village design and construction standards and the Village Comprehensive Master Plan and Comprehensive Master Plan Components. A sum of 2% of the improvement costs as estimated by the Village Engineer shall be deposited with the Village Clerk as an initial payment to partially cover said review costs when the improvement plans and specifications are submitted to the Village Clerk.
B. 
After completion of improvement construction, the actual cost of such review shall be totaled, and the difference, if any, shall be paid by or remitted to the subdivider or land divider.
The subdivider or land divider shall pay a fee equal to the actual cost to the Village for full-time inspection as required by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Village Board to ensure that the construction of the required improvements is in compliance with the plans, specifications and ordinances of the Village or any other governmental authority. A sum of 2% of the improvement costs as estimated by the Village Engineer shall be deposited with the Village Clerk as an initial payment to partially cover said inspection costs prior to the Village Clerk causing the certificate to be inscribed upon the plat attesting to approval. Any excess payment shall be refunded to the subdivider or land divider upon completion of the work. Likewise, any inspection costs exceeding the initial deposit shall be paid to the Village prior to final acceptance of the improvements. The Village Engineer shall establish his per hour rate each January 1.

A reapplication fee shall be paid to the Village Treasurer at the time of a reapplication for approval of any final plat which has previously been reviewed equal to the amount specified in the Subdivision and Land Division Fee Ordinance.
A. 
If the subdivision or land division does not contain lands to be dedicated as required in Article IX, the Village Board shall require a fee for the acquisition and development of public sites to serve the future inhabitants of the proposed subdivision or land division. Said fee shall be paid prior to the Village Clerk causing the certificate to be inscribed upon the plat attesting to approval of said subdivision or land division in the amount specified in § 274-65 of this chapter.
B. 
The public site fee shall be placed in a separate fund by the Village Treasurer to be used only for the acquisition and development of park sites within the Village.

The subdivider or land divider shall pay a fee equal to the actual cost to the Village for all engineering work incurred by the Village in connection with the plat or certified survey map.
B. 
Engineering work shall include the preparation of construction plans and specifications. The Village Board may permit the subdivider or land divider to furnish all, some or part of the required construction plans and specifications, in which case the Village shall charge the subdivider or land divider only for the review of such plans and specifications. The fee shall be paid prior to the Village Clerk causing the certificate to be inscribed upon the final plat attesting to approval.
C. 
Inspection, checking and reviewing work has fees provided for in §§ 274-78 and 274-79.

The subdivider or land divider shall pay a fee equal to the cost of any legal, administrative or fiscal work which may be undertaken by the Village in connection with the plat or certified survey map. The fee shall be paid prior to the Village Clerk causing the certificate to be inscribed upon the final plat attesting to approval.
B. 
Legal work shall include the drafting of contracts between the Village and the subdivider or land divider.
The subdivider or land divider shall pay a fee equal to that computed by the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) for interceptor sewer benefits for sewer extensions submitted for approval after April 1, 1982. A map located in Appendix B generally outlines the areas that have paid the fee. A map indicating the areas that must pay the fee is on file with the Village Clerk. The fee shall be paid prior to the Village Clerk causing the certificate to be inscribed upon the final plat attesting to approval.
See § 274-65 of this chapter. A base fee will be set at the time of the adoption of this chapter and will be recorded in the Village of Cottage Grove Subdivision and Land Division Fee Ordinance.[1] The fee shall be adjusted annually as of January 1 of each year by the Zoning Administrator utilizing the CPI-U for the North Central States Small Metro Areas prepared by the Federal Department of Labor.

The subdivider or land divider shall pay, prior to signing the final plat or certified survey map, a park improvement assessment as set in the Village of Cottage Grove Subdivision and Land Division Fee Ordinance.[1]

A base park improvement fee will be set at the time of the adoption of this chapter and will be recorded in the Village of Cottage Grove Subdivision and Land Division Fee Ordinance. The fee shall be adjusted annually as of January 1 of each year by the Zoning Administrator utilizing the CPI-U for the North Central States Small Metro Areas prepared by the Federal Department of Labor.
B. 
Where dwelling units are allowed on parcels zoned B-1, B-2, M-1 or A-1, whether by zoning or conditional use, the single-family residential fee shall be assessed per dwelling unit, unless the Village Board approves a lesser fee.
C. 
This fee shall be above and beyond the land dedication or fees in lieu of dedication as required under §§ 274-63 and 274-65 of this chapter.
