Green Lake County, WI Article III Possession of Drugs, Alcohol or Weapons

§ 123-7 Possession of certain items unlawful.

Any inmate confined in the Green Lake County Jail, who, without the permission of the Green Lake County Sheriff's Department, possesses a lighter(s), match(es), cigarette(s), prescription drug(s), over-the-counter drug(s), pocket knife, knife, tobacco product(s), fermented malt beverage(s) or intoxicating beverage(s) or alcohol of any kind, or any weapon shall be in violation of this article.

§ 123-8 Violation of rules and regulations.

Any inmate confined in the Green Lake County Jail who knowingly violates the written rules and regulations for inmates of the Green Lake County Jail shall be in violation of this article.

§ 123-9 Violations and penalties.

Any inmate or person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, forfeit not less than $25 nor more than $300, together with the cost of prosecution and court costs and fees.
