A.
Any violation of the provisions of this chapter by
any person shall be unlawful and shall be referred to the County Corporation
Counsel, who shall expeditiously prosecute all such violators. A violator
shall, upon conviction, forfeit to Green Lake County a penalty of
not less than $10 and not more than $5,000, together with a taxable
cost of such action. Each day of continued violation shall constitute
a separate offense.
B.
Designated employees of the Green Lake County Highway
Department are hereby authorized to issue citations for violations
of this chapter.
