No person shall smoke or chew tobacco or use
any tobacco products in a public school building, on public school
grounds, or on premises rented by or under the control of a public
school.
Section 225-15 shall not apply where the School Board has adopted a policy allowing the use of tobacco products when premises owned by the school district are rented to another person for noneducational purposes.
A person who commits a violation of this article
is subject to a forfeiture in the amount of not less than $10 nor
more than $100.
