The County/Municipal Emergency Government Director appointed and employed by St. Croix County is hereby designated and appointed Emergency Government Director of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Hudson, subject to the conditions and provisions set forth in Wisconsin Statutes and the St. Croix County Emergency Government program and any subsequent amendments.
This municipal plan has been developed to provide procedures for the Town of Hudson government to respond to various types of emergencies or disasters that affect the community. It provides a link to procedures that will be used by county government since the Town of Hudson is part of the county emergency management program. This municipal plan is to be used in conjunction with the St. Croix County Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). The municipal plan will be maintained in accordance with current standards of the St. Croix County EOP and in accordance with municipal government. Review of this municipal plan shall be accomplished concurrently with the county plan.

As per Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 323, the Town of Hudson shall adopt a Municipal Emergency Operations Plan. The plan will be on file with the Town Clerk and will be reviewed and revised as needed.[1]
