A. 
A Joint Action Ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Vilas County providing for a county-municipal joint action emergency government plan of organization was adopted by the County Board on April 17, 1973. Such ordinance is made a part of this chapter by the Town.
B. 
This ratification and acceptance of the Joint Action Ordinance shall constitute a mutual agreement between the Town and the county as provided in such Joint Action Ordinance.
The County-Municipal Emergency Government Director, appointed and employed by the County Board as provided in the ordinance referred to in § 39-1, is hereby designated and appointed Emergency Government Director for the Town, subject to the conditions and provisions as set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes and the Vilas County Joint Action Ordinance.
