No commercial establishment shall maintain on
the premises one or more pool tables for use by patrons without a
license hereunder.
The license fee hereunder shall be as set by
the Village Board per year for each pool table or billiard table maintained
on the premises.
No person holding a license hereunder or his
agent shall permit any pool table or billiard table required to be
licensed hereunder to be used after the closing time for premises
licensed in the Village to sell intoxicating beverages.
No person licensed hereunder or his agent shall
permit the premises to be operated in a riotous or disorderly manner
so as to disturb the peace and good order of the neighborhood, nor
shall intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverages be permitted
on the premises unless the licensee holds a license for the sale thereof,
nor shall any person under the influence of intoxicating liquor, fermented
malt beverages or drugs be permitted on the licensed premises.
