A. 
Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.021, Wis. Stats.,[1] and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer on the 23rd day of May 1994, signed by the sole owner of real property in which no electors reside, the following described territory in the Town of New Glarus, Green County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of New Glarus, Wisconsin:
Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 1169, recorded April 1, 1991, in Volume 4 of Certified Survey Maps of Green County on page 17, being part of the SE and SW 1/4s of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, T4N, R7E, Township of New Glarus.

B. 
Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of New Glarus for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of New Glarus.
C. 
Temporary zoning classification.
(1) 
As provided in Chapter 305, Zoning, § 305-13C of the Code of the Village of New Glarus, the territory annexed to the Village of New Glarus is temporarily zoned Agricultural District.
(2) 
The Plan Commission is directed to prepare an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance setting forth permanent classifications and regulations for the zoning of the annexed area and to submit its recommendations to the Village Board not later than the third day of October 1995.
D. 
Ward designation. The territory described in Subsection A is hereby made a part of the second ward of the Village of New Glarus, subject to the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Village governing wards.
E. 
Schools. The territory described in Subsection A is currently within the boundaries of the School District of New Glarus and this annexation shall not affect those boundaries.

Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.021, Wis. Stats.,[1] and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer on the 29th day of October 1996, signed by the sole owner of real property on which the elector resides, the following described territory in the Town of New Glarus, Green County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of New Glarus, Wisconsin:
Commencing at the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, Township Four (4) North, Range Seven (7) East, thence West along South line of said Section 23, 696 feet to a point in center of road, thence North 0º 14' West along center line of road a distance of 1024.25 feet to point of beginning, thence North 0º 05' West along center line of road 91.82 feet, thence North 64º 22' West 36.52' to iron stake, thence North 64º 22' West along same line to iron stake, thence North 84º 19' West 42.75 feet to iron stake, thence South 84º 35' West 160.09 feet to iron stake, thence South 0º 10' West 153.9 feet to iron stake, thence South 89º 50' East 324.43 feet to iron stake, thence South 89º 50' East on line to center of road and point of beginning, containing an area of 1.21 acres more or less, and being a part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, T4N R7E.

All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-Three (23), Town Four (4) North, Range Seven (7) East, Town of New Glarus, Green County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the center line of 14th Avenue and the center line of State Trunk Highway 69 of the Village of New Glarus; thence South along the center line of State Trunk Highway 69, 64 feet to a point; thence Easterly at right angles to said center line to a point on the East right-of-way of State Highway 69, being the point of beginning; thence Southerly 488 feet along said East right-of-way to a point; thence Easterly at right angles to said right-of-way 261 feet, more or less, to the West bank of Little Sugar River; thence northerly along the West bank of Little Sugar River to a point on the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 23; thence Westerly along the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to the East right-of-way line of said State Trunk Highway 69; thence Southerly along said East right-of-way to the point of beginning.

Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map 3369 (Vol. 12, Page 208-209) and other lands in the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Town 4 North, Range 7 East, Town of New Glarus, Green County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23; thence West along the South line of Section 23 to the East right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway 69; thence Northeasterly along said East right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway 69 to the South line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map 2742; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map 2742 to the West bank of the Little Sugar River; thence Southeasterly along the West bank of the Little Sugar River to the North line of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23; thence East to the Northeast corner of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23; thence South to the point of beginning.

From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of New Glarus for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of New Glarus.

Stats., and the petition for unanimous approval annexation filed with the Village Clerk on the 16th day of March 2006, signed by the sole owners of real property, the following described territory in the Town of New Glarus, Green County, Wisconsin:

C.

(2) 
The Plan Commission is directed to prepare an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance setting forth permanent classifications and regulations for the zoning of the annexed area and to submit its recommendations to the Village Board not later than the first day of June 2006.
D. 
Ward designation. The territory described as North Parcel and territory described as South Parcel and located north of Kubly Road in Subsection A of the section is hereby made a part of the second ward of the Village of New Glarus and territory described as South Parcel and located south of Kubly Road in Subsection A of the section is hereby made a part of the fourth ward of the Village of New Glarus, subject to the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Village governing wards.
E. 
Schools. The territory described in Subsection A is currently within the boundaries of the School District of New Glarus and this annexation shall not affect those boundaries.

B. 
Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of New Glarus for any and all purposes provided by law and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of New Glarus.
C.

Population. The current population of the annexed property is seven.

Ward designation. The territory described in Subsection A of the section is hereby made a part of the first ward of the Village of New Glarus, subject to the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Village governing wards.
F. 
Schools. The territory described in Subsection A is currently within the boundaries of the School District of New Glarus and this annexation shall not affect those boundaries.
G. 
Severability. If any provision of this section is invalid or unconstitutional, or if the application of this section to any person or circumstances is invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the other provisions or applications of this section which can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional provision of applications.
H. 
Tax payment. Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 66.0217(14)(a)1, the Village shall pay annually to the Town of New Glarus for five years, an amount equal to the amount of property taxes that the Town of New Glarus levies on the annexed territory identified in Subsection A as shown by the tax roll under Wis. Stats. § 70.65, in the year in which the annexation is final.

Stats. § 66.0217(2), and the petition for unanimous approval annexation filed with the Village Clerk on the 25th day of September 2006; signed by the sole owners of real property, the following described territory in the Town of New Glarus, Green County, Wisconsin, is hereby annexed to the Village of New Glarus:
Description:
A thirty-foot-wide strip of land lying east of proposed Neuchatel Subdivision, being the north 30 feet of Certified Survey Map No. 2222. A map of the annexed property is attached as Exhibit A.[1]
All that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Town 4 North, Range 7 East, Town of New Glarus, Green County, Wisconsin, also being the North 30 feet of Lots 2 and 3 of Green County CSM 2222, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 15; thence S 88º 27' 42" W, along the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 15, 1866.62 feet; thence North 02º 28' 19" East, along the West line of CSM 2222, 629.51 feet to the point of beginning of the lands hereinafter described; thence continuing North 02º 28' 19" East, along said West line, 3 0.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said CSM 2222; thence South 89º 59' 43" East, along said North line, 534.71 feet to the Northeast corner of CSM 2222; thence South 0º 04' 40" East, along the East line of said CSM 2222, 30.00 feet; thence North 89º 59' 43" West, 535.00 feet to the point of beginning. B. 
Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of New Glarus for any and all purposes provided by law and all persons coming to reside within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of New Glarus.
C. 
Temporary zoning classification.
(1) 
As provided in § 305-13C of the Municipal Code of the Village of New Glarus, the territory annexed to the Village of New Glarus is temporarily zoned Agricultural District.
(2) 
The Plan Commission is directed to prepare an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance setting forth permanent classifications and regulations for the zoning of the annexed area and to submit its recommendations to the Village Board not later than the first day of December 2006.
D. 
Population. The current population of the annexed property is zero.
E. 
Ward Designation. The territory described in Subsection A of the section is hereby made a part of the first ward of the Village of New Glarus, subject to the ordinances, rules and regulations of the Village governing wards.
F. 
Schools. The territory described in Subsection A is currently within the boundaries of the School District of New Glarus, and this annexation shall not affect those boundaries.
G. 
Severability. If any provision of this section is invalid or unconstitutional, or if the application of this section to any person or circumstances is invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the other provisions or applications of this section which can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional provision or applications.
H. 
Tax payment. Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 66.0217(14)(a)1, the Village shall pay annually to the Town of New Glarus for five years an amount equal to the amount of property taxes that the Town of New Glarus levies on the annexed territory identified in Subsection A as shown by the tax roll under Wis. Stats. § 70.65 in the year in which the annexation is final.
