The County Board of Supervisors appropriates
a matching allocation for the improvement of fish and wildlife habitat,
and such appropriations shall continue as long as matching state aids
are available or until this article is modified by the Board of Supervisors.
The Conservation Committee of the County Board
of Supervisors is authorized to expend the funds appropriated and
the funds to be received from the state for the improvement of fish
and wildlife habitat in its discretion.
