Current rates and charges are on file at the office of the Village Administrator.
All sewer use charges shall be billed monthly, coincidental with the
reading of Water Utility meters. All sewer use charges shall be billed not
later than the first day of the month succeeding the date for reading of the
Water Utility meters. Payment in full not later than the 20th day of the month
shall be considered timely payment. Where timely payment has not been made,
there shall be a service charge of 1 1/2% per month.
Commencing on May 20 of every year, and terminating on August 20 of
every year, the sewer service rate shall be adjusted as follows: a flat rate
shall be used during said three months based upon the previous year's consumption
of October, November and December by use of the following formula: discard
the lowest month and average the remaining two months.
