The Village Plan Commission recommended the
adoption of this chapter at a meeting held on the second day of October,
2003.
The Village Board and Village Plan Commission
held a joint public hearing on the proposed chapter on the fourth
day of November, 2003.
The Village Board of Trustees for the Village
of Saukville concurred with the recommendations of the Plan Commission
and proceeded to adopt this chapter at a meeting held on the fourth
day of November, 2003.
This chapter shall take effect upon passage
and adoption by the Village Board and the filing of proof of posting
or publication in the Office of the Village Clerk.
