A.
Residential, B2, B-3, Conservancy and Floodplain (R-1, R-2, R-3,
R-4, RD, B-2, B-3, C and FP). No aboveground storage tanks will be permitted
larger than 660 gallons combined. The only materials allowed in said aboveground
storage tanks will be heating oil and LP gas. No storage of any motor vehicle
fuel in excess of containers exceeding 15 gallons shall be permitted. Fuel
in motor vehicle fuel tanks is not included in this subsection.

B.
School district property. No aboveground storage tanks will be
permitted on school district property larger than 1,000 gallons combined for
each type of fuel. The school district shall be permitted to have motor vehicle
tanks up to 1,000 gallons provided that they conform to regulations of this
article.
D.
Industrial. All aboveground storage tanks, no larger than 1,000
gallons combined, for heating oil, LP gas, motor vehicle fuels and any other
hazardous materials will be permitted by permit only.
A.
A permit fee as set by the Village Board will accompany
each application, and applications will be available at the Village Clerk-Treasurer's
office and will be decided upon by the Fiscal Committee.
B.
Anyone objecting to the denial of any aboveground tank
permit will have the right to appeal said decision to the Village Board, Village
of Westfield, by contacting the Village Clerk-Treasurer and completing any
forms applicable to said appeal and appearing at a regularly scheduled Village
Board meeting after being placed on the agenda. The Village Board will either
affirm the Fiscal Committee's decision or reject said decision and approve
the permit by a majority vote.
A.
The Village Board further adopts any and all rules promulgated
by the State of Wisconsin Department of Commerce as amended regarding aboveground
tank regulations and any federal regulations that are referred to in the Department
of Commerce rules.
B.
All aboveground storage tanks will comply with Department of
Commerce rules and shall be housed by side walls extending six inches above
the height of said tanks, and said side walls shall be constructed in such
a manner as to be substantially conforming to the neighborhood in which said
aboveground storage tanks are situated.
this article will not control any aboveground storage tanks in existence
as of the passage of this article; however said aboveground tanks may be subject
to the Department of Commerce rules that said Board has adopted by reference
and may have to be brought in conformity therewith within a certain period
of time.
