All provisions of this chapter shall apply to
one or more individuals, labor unions, partnerships, associations,
corporations, legal representatives, mutual companies, joint-stock
companies, trusts, unincorporated organizations, trustees, trustees
in bankruptcy or receivers or any other legal entity of whatsoever
nature or kind.
A.
The term "person" includes all of the above, and the
term "person" as used in any enforcement or penalty provisions of
this chapter includes one acting for or on behalf of a firm, association,
corporation, partnership or any of the legal entities set forth above.
B.
All references made and all nouns and pronouns used
in this chapter shall be construed in the singular or plural and in
such gender as the sense and circumstances require.
The section headings contained herein are for
convenience in reference and are not intended to define or limit the
scope of any provision of this chapter.
