§ 240-77 Right of entry on property.

The approving authority, inspectors and other duly authorized employees of the City bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter all properties at any reasonable time, to inspect users generally for compliance, to inspect and copy records and to require the installation of monitoring and sampling equipment.

§ 240-78 Observance of safety rules.

While performing the necessary work on any private property as referred to in this article, the approving authority or duly authorized employees of the City shall observe all safety rules applicable to the premises established by the owner of said property.

§ 240-79 Right of entry on easements.

The approving authority, inspectors and other duly authorized employees of the City bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter all private properties through which the City holds a duly negotiated easement for the purpose of but not limited to inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, repair and maintenance of any portion of the WPC system lying within said easement. All entry and subsequent work, if any, on said easement shall be done in full accordance with the terms of the duly negotiated easement pertaining to the private property involved.
